Course Options
Positive Birth Program - Group or Private
This includes 12 hours of tuition in a private or group setting. Group courses are run over 2 full days, or in 4 x 3 hour sessions. Private sessions can be organised to suite you. All courses include a folio of resources and access to the online resources.
Positive Birth Program - Half group / half private OR online
If time is an issue, you can do half the program in the group setting and half in a private session with me OR finish the program using the online course. You will receive the full program, just in a slightly different format. All options include a folio of resources and access to all online resources.
Refresher Course
Have you already done the Hypnobirthing Australia program before, but want to refresh your knowledge and reset you mine? I can help with a refresher course.
Hypnobirthing Online Course with Private Upgrades.
Purchase the online program through the Hypnobirthing Australia website and complete the course online at your own pace and in your own space. You then have the option of a 1 hour or 3 hour private session upgrade with me where I can answer all your questions, practice some of the techniques taught in the online program and re-fresh your mindset.
